Lagache FreshCo was born out of a long-standing collaboration between Xavier Martin, President of Lagache, and Jo Lambrecht, who has acquired extensive experience in the fresh fruit and vegetable trade throughout his career.

They have joined forces around a shared vision: high standards, quality and customer focus. They created Lagache FreshCo, dedicated to export, while Lagache continued its development in France.

Based at the wholesale market in Lomme, Lagache FreshCo draws on Lagache’s commercial and logistical strength and deploys an agile and innovative export approach to offer international customers reliable, controlled and high-quality access to the best products.

We select our fruit and vegetables from the best growing regions in Europe:
Belgium, the Netherlands and Hauts-de-France for quality, freshness and proximity, and southern Italy for variety and seasonal coverage.

We purchase at auction and work directly with partner producers,
in a relationship based on trust, transparency and demanding specifications.
Our dual base in France and Belgium guarantees short supply chains,
fast delivery and optimal freshness.
